Shipping

For US customers: Warm ‘n Fuzzy charges $6.99 shipping for all orders under $75, and $8.99 shipping for orders of $75 or more. Shipping will be via USPS Ground Advantage and Priority mail.

 

For customers in Canada: Flat-rate shipping via First-Class International Shipping, $15. 

 

For local customers:  if you would like to order online and pick-up in-store, select the "local pickup" option at checkout (no additional cost).  

 

For international customers:  please contact the shop for international orders, making sure to provide your shipping address, and we will charge you the actual shipping cost.   

All orders are shipped on the same or next business day of your order.  We ship first-class and priority mail. If you require expedited shipping, please contact Warm ‘n Fuzzy at (919) 380-0008 and we will do our best to meet your needs.  

Returns

We hope that your yarns are just what you expected, but if they aren't, we understand and are happy to help you find just what you love.  We offer refunds in the form of store credit for all yarns within 90 days of the order date.  Yarns must be unused and in original packaging (no wound yarns, please).  Tools and notions are not returnable.  Credit will be for the full amount of your product(s) returned, minus any shipping costs incurred. All sales are final on clearance/discounted merchandise. Special orders may not be returned.

 

For class cancellations: if cancellation is made outside of 48 hours of class start time, you will be provided with a store credit to be used on any future purchase with the shop. If class cancellation is made within 48 hours of class start time, there will be no refunds.

Classes & Lessons

YES! We offer classes in knitting, crochet, and weaving. We want to spread the crafting love with everyone, so we have classes for everything from beginner to advanced levels. You can see our current class offerings here.

 

Are you stuck on a project or can't find the class you need? You can schedule a private lesson with one of our teachers. Call the shop or come in and we will get your information and have a teacher contact you to coordinate schedules. In order to confirm your lesson, please pay through our website here at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson time.

If cancellation is made outside of 48 hours of class/lesson start time, you will be provided with a store credit to be used on any future purchase with the shop. If class/lesson cancellation is made within 48 hours of class start time, there will be no refunds.

Miscellaneous

We offer a loyalty program in the form of a punchcard for purchases made in-store. You will receive one punch per every $10 spent (pre-tax). Classes and discounted items are not eligible for loyalty punches. Once the card is full (20 punches), you may redeem your card for $10 off. Card must be full prior to making purchase. Forget your card? No problem! We are happy to offer a new card and combine cards on a future visit.  

 

Unfortunately, online purchases do not qualify for loyalty punches. If you place an order online but pick up in-store, we would be happy to punch your loyalty card.

We are always happy to wind any yarn you buy from us, however we cannot wind yarn bought elsewhere.

We want you to get the yarn you love, so we will gladly order any of the yarns we carry in specific colorways for you. We require an initial deposit of 50% to special order yarn. Due to the volume at which we have to order, we cannot simply order only the color/quantity you want. We will add your special order to our next regularly scheduled order with our vendors.

 

Many of our vendors dye to order and yarn may take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a few months to arrive and we cannot guarantee a timeline. Once it arrives, you will be notified by email and we will hold the yarn for 30 days. After 30 days, you will forfeit your deposit and we will stock the yarn on our shelves. There are no refunds on specially ordered yarn.

 

Please note: some vendors have dye lots and we cannot request yarn from a particular dye lot or guarantee the color will exactly match previously purchased yarn.
