Never held a hook before? Curious about why crocheters are so passionate about their craft? We will master the basics of how to make a stitch and how to follow a pattern. Welcome to the world of happy hookers.

Instructor: Jean Carter

Prerequisites: Willingness to learn

Homework: None

Skills Learned: We will learn basic crochet moves and stitches during the first session, and will learn to read a pattern and make a granny square in the second session.

Materials Required: Solid colored, light colored worsted weight yarn is recommended for learning. You will also need a crochet hook. Look at sizes G, H and I and see which one feels best in your hand. Bring some locking stitch markers and a pair of small scissors. We are not making a project in this class, but concentrating on building the skills that will take you anywhere you want to go in crocheting.

All class materials must be purchased from Warm n Fuzzy.
