Mistakes will happen. It’s inevitable. In every project from your first scarf to your umpteenth Fair Isle sweater, you will experience anything from a minor boo-boo to a fatal disaster. Knowing how to fix it (and when to give up and rip it out) will give you confidence and make knitting more fun. Come learn first aid and some minor surgery from Dr. Jean.
Instructor: Jean Carter
Prerequisites: basic knitting skills.
Materials needed: None!
Skills Learned: Mistakes 101 will teach first steps in mistake-fixing. We will concentrate on diagnosing and repairing anything we did wrong on the row below. And we will discover the best ways to take out stitches to get ready for a do-over. This will include taking them out stitch-by-stitch (tinking) and row-by-row (frogging) with several options for each.
If you have previously taken Dr. Jean’s Mistakes Class, that one is now called Mistakes 102.
