All orders are shipped first-class, on the same or next business day of your order. If you require expedited shipping, please contact Warm ‘n Fuzzy at (919) 380-0008 and we will do our best to meet your needs.
For US customers: Warm ‘n Fuzzy offers $5 everyday shipping for all orders up to $25. All online orders over $25 qualify for free shipping*. Shipping will be via USPS First-Class and Priority mail.
For customers in Canada: Flat-rate shipping via First-Class International Shipping, $12.95.
For local customers: if you would like to order online and pick-up in-store, select the "local pickup" option at checkout (no additional cost).
For international customers: please contact the shop for international orders, making sure to provide your shipping address, and we will charge you the actual shipping cost.

We hope that your yarns are just what you expected, but if they aren't, we understand and are happy to help you find just what you love. We offer refunds in the form of store credit for all yarns within 90 days of the order date. Yarns must be unused and in original packaging (no wound yarns, please). Tools and notions are not returnable. Credit will be for the full amount of your product(s) returned, minus any shipping costs incurred.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.When you place an order at Warm 'n Fuzzy, your credit/debit card will be authorized for the amount of your purchase, meaning that there will be a temporary hold on the funds. Once we have prepared your item for shipment, we will go ahead and charge your card. If in any case we cannot fulfill your order, we will void the authorization, and the hold on the funds will be released. Depending on your bank, you may see both the authorization and the actual charge, but rest assured that your card will only be charged one time.
