We hope that your yarns are just what you expected, but if they aren’t, we understand and are happy to help you find the perfect yarn for your project. We offer refunds in the form of store credit for all yarns within 90 days of the order date. Yarns must be unused and in original packaging (no wound yarns, please). Tools and notions are not returnable. Credit will be for the full amount of your product(s) returned, minus any shipping costs incurred. If you received free shipping on your order, shipping charges will be deducted from your total credited amount if your order is no longer over $25.
How To Return
Just send the merchandise you'd like to return back to us within 90 days of your order, along with a copy of the invoice included with your order.

If you would like to exchange an item(s), please note what item(s) you would like on your original receipt. If additional monies are owed, you will receive an invoice via email. We will provide a gift card for any credit remaining, if applicable.
Defective Merchandise/Incorrect Order
Occasionally, mistakes do happen, though we try our best to prevent them! If you believe your order contained an error, please contact the shop at (919) 380-0008 or at email@example.com. We will rectify any mistake on our part as quickly as possible.
If you need to exchange a flawed skein or other defective merchandise, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and information about the issue. Upon receipt of the item, once we determine that the item is defective, we will issue you a credit for return shipping to us and send you a replacement of the original item purchased. If that item is no longer available, we will refund your credit card.
