K102 - Basic Stitches of Knitting

Already comfortable with the knit stitch? This session builds on that foundation. In this two-hour session, you'll learn the purl stitch, the difference between garter and stockinette, binding off purlwise, k2tog, and yarnovers. You'll leave with a stockinette swatch and the knowledge to work simple eyelets.

Come prepared: bring 100g of light-colored, smooth worsted weight yarn and 4–5mm needles (straight or circular), wound and ready to go.
