C101 - Introduction to Crochet

Brand new to crochet? Start here. In this two-hour session, you'll learn holding your yarn and hook, the slip knot, maintaining tension, the foundation chain, counting stitches, single crochet, and working flat with turning. You'll leave with a single-crochet swatch and the knowledge to complete a simple square coaster.

Come prepared: bring 100g of light-colored, smooth worsted weight yarn and an H/4.0mm hook, wound and ready to go.
