Christmas in July - Mini Stockings (Crochet)

This class is for those familiar with the basic crochet stitches and are ready to learn some new skills like crocheting in the round, more complex stitches, and changing colors. It’s the perfect class for a fun evening and a quick, small project.

Prerequisites:  None

Skills Learned:

• Learning new techniques and stitches: magic circle, front and back loop single crochet, crochet increases and decreases, seaming, and the V-stitch.
• Reading your work
• Changing colors
• Crocheting in the round
• Advanced beginner to Intermediate project: Mini Christmas Stocking by Raffaella Tassoni
  

Materials Required:

• 3.0 mm to 3.5 mm Crochet Hooks
• Sport (2, Fine) or DK (3, Light) Yarn in 3 different colors
• Recommended yarn is Celestial Dye Works mini skeins or scrap stash yarn ~20-30 yds each
• Locking stitch markers
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors

Class Policies:  All class materials must be purchased from Warm 'n Fuzzy. For class cancellations: if cancellation is made outside of 48 hours of class start time, you will be provided with a store credit to be used on any future purchase with the shop.  There will be no refunds on cancellations made within 48 hours of class start time.
