K103 - Knitting In the Round

For those who know the basic stitches and want to take the next step, this session gets you knitting in the round. In this two-hour session, you'll learn circular needles vs. DPNs, joining without twisting, a discussion of magic loop, and basic 1x1 ribbing worked in the round. You'll leave with an in-the-round ribbing swatch and the knowledge to start a hat brim or small cowl.

Come prepared: bring 100g of light-colored, smooth worsted weight yarn, 4.5mm 16" circular needles, and stitch markers. Before the session, cast on 84 stitches using the long tail cast on, on your 16" circular needles.
