Kahel is the perfect sumptous something to wrap up in, whether you’re warding off a chill or really need to bundle up. The generous shawl is worked up in a simple lace knit/purl pattern, that has a beautiful wrong side fabric that makes it reversible.
Prerequisites: Advanced beginner - comfortable with knit, purl, cast on, bind off
Skills Learned: Basic lace, chart reading
Materials Required: Approximately 400 yards of worsted weight yarn and size US 9 circular needle (or size needed to obtain gauge); sample was made using 2 skeins of Anzula For Better or Worsted in Avocado, stitch markers, darning needle, and copy of pattern (available here or in-store).
All class materials must be purchased from Warm n Fuzzy.
