This class is for those familiar with the basic crochet stitches and are ready to learn some new skills like changing colors, understanding gauge, reading patterns, and working in the round. It’s the perfect class to follow crochet 102 or for taking your crochet to the next level by making a fitted garment.
All classes and lessons must be purchased online at least 24 hours before the start time.

Prerequisites:
- Chain (and working into the chain)
- Single crochet
- Double crochet
- Familiarization with stitch anatomy (back loop, posts, etc.)
Skills Learned:
- Review of the double crochet stitch
- Working in the round
- Getting gauge to create a garment that fits perfect
- Changing from working flat to into the round
- Reading your work
- Changing colors
- Working into back loops to create ribbing
- Professional finishing techniques

Materials Required:
- # of skeins of DK weight yarn for the size sweater you are making (refer to pattern)
- 4.0, 4.5, and 5 mm hooks depending on your gauge
- Locking stitch markers
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
- Copy of purchased Pattern from Ravelry (we can help you at the shop): Mini Pop Pullover by MJ’s Off the hook designs
Homework:
- Have all materials purchased and ready to begin when the class starts.
Class Policies: All class materials must be purchased from Warm 'n Fuzzy. Please purchase your materials BEFORE the day of your first class. For class cancellations: if cancellation is made outside of 48 hours of class start time, you will be provided with a store credit to be used on any future purchase with the shop. There will be no refunds on cancellations made within 48 hours of class start time.
