This class is for those familiar with the basic crochet stitches and are ready to learn some new skills like crocheting in the round, more complex stitches, reading patterns, and finishing touches. It’s the perfect class for those looking to make a cute and quick project to keep or gift.

All classes and lessons must be purchased online.

Instructor:  Kestrel McCorkle

Prerequisites:  Must know how to make single crochet, double crochet, and half double crochet stitches.

Skills Learned:

Review of new complex stitches

• Review of basic stitches
• Learning new stitches: treble crochet, front and back post double crochet, and puff stitch
• Reading your work
• Reading a chart
• Crocheting in the round
• Finishing
  

Materials Required:

• 1 skein worsted weight cotton yarn; cotton as a fiber is important for this project
• G/4.0mm and H/5.0mm hooks
• Locking stitch markers
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors

Class Policies:  All class materials must be purchased from Warm 'n Fuzzy. For class cancellations: if cancellation is made outside of 48 hours of class start time, you will be provided with a store credit to be used on any future purchase with the shop. There will be no refunds on cancellations made within 48 hours of class start time. Warm 'n Fuzzy reserves the right to cancel any classes if less than 3 students sign up within 24 hours of the start time. If the class is canceled by Warm 'n Fuzzy, you will be refunded.
